		<description>English is one of the de jure languages, being spoken a lot among the non-native speakers. Some could say that we are destroying your language as we speak it differently. Anglo-American culture is dominating in many ways, but I guess it works vice versa. Other languages and cultures also change English bit by bit. However, when it comes to less skillful speakers of English, you might have a lot of resources on your own. Perhaps improving public education could help a bit?
